Hmm yeah, the reastaurant business is tough. specially at times like these. Building a new business is any day difficult doing it now , even more difficult.

Physically - well, I broke my ankle December 7th just before all the major catering. Diagnosed as torn ligament I was on the foot for 5 weeks.
After some serious talks by my soulmate I got it checked out only to be informed that it is a broken ankle.
Two days, a couple of screws, plate it was fixed and in plaster. Recovery is 6 weeks plaster no weight on foot. Moonboot another month then who knows.
When will I be able to run again - hit the tar or treadmill?
